Sports Investment Forum will dedicate a day in its next edition to investing in women’s sports.
The Sports Investment Forum (SIF), in its upcoming edition to be held in Riyadh from April 20-22, 2026, has announced that its third day will be dedicated to investing in women’s sports, reinforcing its position as a leading international platform that brings together sports, investment, and economic development at both the regional and global levels.
This announcement comes amidst the rapid transformations taking place in the global sports economy. The forum continues its strategic role in bringing together decision-makers, investors, and industry leaders to explore high-quality investment opportunities and build long-term partnerships across the sports ecosystem.
This day dedicated to investing in women’s sports is a significant addition to the forum’s program for the 2026 edition, reflecting the growing role of women as key partners in the sports industry and influential economic drivers in the sector’s development and sustainability.
The dedicated day will focus on investment opportunities in women’s sports, empowering female leaders, developing sustainable financing and governance models, and discussing the future of women’s sports in the fields of education, media, major event management, and talent development, in line with the economic and social transformations taking place in the Kingdom and the region. The 2026 edition is expected to attract broad participation from government leaders, international investors, sports federations, policymakers, and global companies through a comprehensive program that includes high-level dialogue sessions, specialized workshops, an investment exhibition, and a platform for signing agreements and strategic partnerships.
The forum, themed “Ambitious Sports Investment,” aims to enhance Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for the sports industry and investment, and to build an integrated model that supports innovation, sustainability, and long-term growth in the sports economy.
